Our bags are made from PU vegan leather. They are not made from animal hide. We do our best to show colours accurately, but screens differ, so a colour may look slightly different in person.

Personalization is optional. When you add it, these rules apply:

• Initials can be up to 4 letters. Numbers and special characters are not available.
• Your initials are foil stamped onto the bag.
• We confirm your initials with you on the order confirmation call or message. That is the only time you can change them.
• After confirmation, your order goes into production and the initials cannot be changed. The spelling you confirm is the spelling we make.

Placing an order on the site is a request to buy. Your order is accepted once our representative confirms it with you by call or message. Please keep your phone reachable and give us accurate details, including a complete delivery address.

Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are final. We do not change the price of an order after it is placed. Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you confirm.

For now, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD). You pay the courier when your order arrives. There is no extra COD fee. We plan to add other payment methods later, and we will update these terms when we do.

Orders with personalized initials need a 50% advance payment. We will share how to pay it on the confirmation call or message. You then pay the remaining amount on delivery.

You can cancel before or during the order confirmation call or message. Once the order is confirmed, it can no longer be cancelled.

We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, the address is wrong or incomplete, or we cannot reach you. If we cancel, we will let you know.

If you refuse a confirmed order at delivery without cancelling it at or before confirmation, we may decline your future orders. Every parcel is made and shipped for you, so this protects the brand and our customers.

Wipe with a soft dry cloth, avoid prolonged water exposure, and store the bag in its dust bag when you are not using it. Damage caused after delivery by misuse or normal wear is not covered by our damaged item policy.

The photographs, logo, designs and text on this site belong to Initials by ANNA. Please do not copy or use them without our written permission.

We will always stand behind what we make. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the price you paid for the item. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law of Pakistan.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Lahore.
