Privacy Policy

When you place an order, we collect:

• Your name, phone number and email address.
• Your delivery address, and a map location if you choose to pin one.
• Your order details, including colour, closure and any initials you add.

We don’t collect payment card details on the site. Orders are Cash on Delivery, and any advance payment for a personalized bag is arranged with you directly. If we add other payment methods, we will update this page first.

We also collect basic usage information as you browse, such as the pages you view, what you add to your bag, and the device and browser you use. This comes from the tools listed below.

• To confirm your order by call or message, and to make your bag.
• To hand your parcel to a courier and get it to you.
• To answer your questions and sort out any problem with an order.
• To understand how people use the site, so we can improve it and measure our advertising.

Couriers. We share your name, phone number, address and order details with our courier so they can deliver your parcel. We share nothing else with them.

Our site tools. The site uses a few services that receive usage information from your browser:

• Meta Pixel, from Meta (Facebook and Instagram). It records events such as pages viewed, items added to your bag and completed orders, with the order value. We use it to measure and improve our ads.
• Microsoft Clarity. It records how visitors move around the site, such as clicks and scrolling, so we can find and fix things that confuse people.
• Cloudflare. It hosts the site and stores our order data.
• Map tiles. If you pin your location at checkout, your browser loads map images from CARTO, which uses OpenStreetMap data.

Meta and Microsoft handle that information under their own privacy policies. We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with anyone beyond the couriers and services above, unless the law requires it.

Meta and Microsoft tools use cookies and similar technologies. You can block or clear them in your browser settings, and the site will still work. The site also keeps your bag for the current visit and remembers your region choice in your browser.

We keep your information for as long as we need it to deliver your order, handle any issue, and meet our accounting and legal duties. After that, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email initialsbyanna@gmail.com and we will take it from there. We may need to keep some order records where the law requires it.

You can control how Meta uses data for ads in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.

Your order data is stored with Cloudflare, and we take reasonable steps to protect it. No online service can promise perfect security, but we treat your details with care.

Our site is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Our Terms & Conditions explain the rest of how ordering works.
