Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to addresses all across Pakistan.

• Bags without personalization: 3 working days.
• Bags with personalized initials: up to 5 working days.

Working days are Monday to Friday. They do not include public holidays. We count them from the day your order is placed. Delivery can take a little longer around Eid and other public holidays, or in severe weather.

After you order, our representative will call or message you to confirm your details and, if you added them, your initials. This is also when you can change your initials or cancel. Please keep your phone reachable. If we can’t reach you, we may cancel the order.

Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

For now, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD). You pay the courier when your order arrives. There is no extra COD fee.

Orders with personalized initials need a 50% advance payment. We will share how to pay it on the confirmation call or message. You then pay the remaining amount to the courier on delivery.

If you refuse a confirmed order without cancelling it at or before confirmation, we may decline your future orders.

Please give us a complete address and a phone number that works. If the address is wrong or incomplete, we may cancel the order. Our couriers receive your name, phone number, address and order details so they can deliver to you.

If your bag is damaged on its way to you, that is our responsibility. Please follow the steps on our Returns & Exchanges page and report it within 7 days of delivery.
